Social involvement
Ergonomique strives to be a “Socially Responsible Employer”. Ergonomique is closely involved with the Cramm Foundation. Not only was Ergonomique closely involved in instituting this foundation, we are also one of its chief sponsors.
The Cramm Foundation has as its aim to offer (financial) support to (potential) entrepreneurs in third world countries with a physical handicap, to be able to start their own business. In this way, it is possible for many socially and economically underprivileged persons to be able to fulfill their own requirements and create additional employment opportunities and economical growth.
This arrangement is unique in the fact that there is no other organization up until now, that offers such micro credit for entrepreneurs with a handicap. For the success of this undertaking, the Cramm Foundation is supported by the Liliane Fund and the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. For more information about the Cramm Foundation, click here.
