Delivery

Most of our products are on stock en will be sent once a week. After shipping, delivery mostly finds place within 3 working days. So, it will take between 3 and 10 days before receiving your order.

• I have placed my order 2 weeks ago, but still not received yet, what to do?

• I would like my order to be delivered at a different delivery address
  Yes, that is possible. In this case, please place your order by telephone 00 31 40 7505600 or email us (info@ergonomique.nl). Mention clearly the delivery address and the (different) invoice address.

• What is the shipping costs
  The shipping costs are charged only once ( per order), even if your order can not be delivered in one delivery.

• I have placed several orders. Do I need to pay the shipping costs for each order?
  Yes, the shipping costs are a once-only contribution per order, regardless the quantity of products placed in this order.
  Therefore it is advisable to order as much products in one order as possible.
