How to order online

Step 1: Shopping basket
-   Select the required category (wrist rests, foot rests, laptop stands
   document holders, etc) from the menu. 

-   Choose your product and select your product by clicking at the 'order now' button.

-   When you would like to order more products, repeat line 1 & 2.

-   All the selected products will be placed in the ‘shopping basket’

-   Have you completed your selection, to continue, click at  the ‘Order’ button in the basket at the right
    of the screen

-   Check if the correct products and quantity are selected, in this stage it’s still possible to adjust the
    quantity.

-   Click ‘next step’. 

Step 2: Your details
-   Enter either your business or private adress information.
-   When you are a regular business customer, please enter your reference number.
-   Select the required paymentmethod
-   Business relations can also order on account. Private customers are welcome to order our
    products, but have to select one of the payment options.
-   After choosing a payment, enter the requested information.

Step 3: Overview
-   Check the information you have entered. When correct click at ‘next step’. If not click 'Previous step'
    and correct the required information.

Step 4: Complete order
-   When you place an order online and pay by credit card, the order process makes a number of
    standard security checks to ensure that the purchase transaction will be honoured.
-   After acceptance, we receive a confirmation and we will ship the order as soon as possible.
-   We sent you a confirmation of your order per e-mail and thank you for ordering at Ergonomique.
-   When a regular business customer cannot order on account, this customer will be informed by us
    by email or telephone within 2 work days.
